Our client, a canadian global mining technology provider, is seeking a Technical Sales representative for their line of ore processing equipment for the mining industry.

The position involves significant travel and can be based in the Americas or Europe.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Regional Business Development responsibility for mining process equipment to establish, nurture and grow strong customer relationships

• Provide Technical Sales Analysis of the customers needs: collect application information and technical data, propose adapted solutions, negotiate and to close contracts and check the proper execution of the contract.

• Provide after-sales support with high technical content, providing value and solution selling, and identifying and working with different buying influences.

• 5+ Years experience in Mining Process Equipment Technical Sales

Need someone with proven experience managing projects of $100MM USD or greater in South America including Brazil. Greenfield projects would be a plus. Individuals must be fluent in both English and Portuguese. Willing to live in the US ( TEXAS, Houston) for the first couple of years of the project and then move to Brazil for the next 2-3 years. BS in Engineering is required.

This position is a Project Director role responsible for building a fully-integrated, multimillion dollar chemical plant in South America. You will be responsible for selecting an engineering company to do Front End Loading work (Process Design, Bid Package Development and Capital Cost Estimates), manage Front End Loading work to deliver a board-approval quality capital estimate. Achieve tax incentives on Project. Develop positive business relationships with engineering companies, construction companies, raw material, suppliers, service providers & local government officials. Maintain Company Integrity System standards throughout the project. Complete the project without any recordable injuries or legal compliance issues.

7 dicas para atualizar seu currículo

Revise seu objetivo profissional e acrescente cursos e treinamentos feitos ao longo do ano passado.

Atualizar o currículo é um trabalho de edição. Para ter um bom currículo é preciso, primeiramente, ter claro qual é o seu objetivo profissional. Aproveite o começo de ano para reler e refletir sobre a sua carreira.


“Como profissional eu sugiro que as pessoas corram atrás das oportunidades, o país está em um ótimo momento para mudanças. Agora é a hora para perseguir aquele cargo que sempre desejou”, explica Andreza Santana, gerente de marketing sênior do Monster Brasil.

Para isso, é preciso ficar de olho nas oportunidades e atualizar o currículo. Confira abaixo sete dicas:

1 – Atualize seus dados pessoais:

Nome completo, telefone e e-mail. Nesse campo do currículo o ideal é acrescentar o endereço do LinkedIn, por exemplo. Entretanto, lembre-se de que tão importante quanto atualizar o seu currículo é atualizar a página da rede social profissional.

Para Andreza, os recrutadores querem saber se você faz networking, por exemplo. “De qualquer forma o recrutador irá buscar informações nas redes profissionais, por isso é interessante mantê-lo sempre atualizado”.

2 – Reflita sobre o que você quer:

Seja preciso ao redigir seu objetivo profissional. Evite que o recrutador, ao ler seu currículo, tenha a impressão de que você está atirando para todos os lados. Deixe claro qual cargo você deseja ocupar e qual sua área de interesse.
“Seja o mais especifico possível ou inclua áreas afins. Um profissional de marketing pode colocar como objetivo gerência de marketing, novos negócios e relacionamento com canais”, diz Andreza.

3 – Relembre a sua formação educacional:

Foque no seu objetivo profissional e avalie se vale a pena incluir algum trabalho acadêmico ou uma monografia que você tenha feito durante a faculdade.

4 – Inclua cursos e treinamentos:

Cursos pontuais não devem ser incluídos, se a palestra for de um assunto aleatório e não relevante, pode parecer que o candidato está “enchendo linguiça”.

5 – Resuma sua experiência profissional:

Classifique as experiências profissionais da mais recente para a primeira. O recrutador espera uma evolução profissional, por isso, foque nos resultados alcançados ou projetos realizados.

6 – Elimine informações desnecessárias:

Fotos, número de CPF e RG não são dados imprescindíveis. Listar referências também não é recomendado, pois o recrutador no momento adequado pedirá nas fases seguintes da seleção.

7 – Revise o currículo:

Releia o texto com atenção, corrija erros de português ou digitação. Mostre para algum amigo ou familiar para que deslizes sejam evitados.
